Regional Sales Manager - Education (10-12 yrs)

One of our educational clients, which offers Creative English Language Learning solutions to schools is currently hiring a Regional Sales Manager to based out of Mumbai.

The job details are as follows:

- We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented leader to join our clients SALES team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in promoting innovative educational practices within schools, colleges, and government departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and Lead a High-Performing Team : Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of motivated individuals by setting a strong example and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop innovative strategies to achieve set goals. Think outside the box and implement creative solutions to achieve measurable results.

Influencing Change : Deliver powerful presentations to educators and decision-makers, advocating for the adoption of groundbreaking educational approaches.

Partnership and Negotiation : Collaborate effectively with team members to negotiate with institutions and finalize program implementation.

Program Delivery and Impact : Oversee the effective delivery of the Karadi Path program within your assigned region. Ensure program effectiveness by coordinating with trainers and collecting positive feedback.

Marketing and Market Awareness : Stay abreast of current educational trends and collaborate with headquarters to execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Establish strong working relationships with various departments at headquarters, ensuring all administrative procedures are followed efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Graduate degree (MBA in Sales & Marketing a plus)

- Dynamic, self-motivated, and a quick learner

- Excellent planning, strategizing, and execution skills with a creative and solution-oriented approach

- Strong social and interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to deliver impactful presentations

- Demonstrated market knowledge and proven man-management skills

- Proficient in MS Office Suite

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Experience Required:

The ideal candidate would be:

- Between the ages of 35 to 38 with a minimum of 10 years experience in institutional/ concept selling.

- Must have lead a team and mentored young minds with patience for a minimum of 4 years.

- Experience in promoting products to Government Departments is not a requisite, but an added advantage.
