iTech Ecommerce Pvt Ltd (Global Channel Partner of Alibaba.com) are looking for young, dynamic enthusiastic & passionate candidates who wants to build career in Sales. The candidate is require to create and close new sales opportunities. By using consultative approach to selling, candidate needs to use his expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales closures with new customers.
Job Description:
- As a Regional Sales Manager at Itech Ecommerce Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and success of our business in the Karnataka Region. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, establishing and nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing training to ensure the team's success.
Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in Karnataka. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market share.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and work closely with the team to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a regional sales plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities and transactions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of successful sales leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of the B2B Industry and the Karnataka market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the Karnataka as needed
