Regional Sales Manager - eCommerce (5-10 yrs)

- As a Regional Sales Manager at Itech Ecommerce Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and success of our business. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, establishing and nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing training to ensure the team's success.

Business Development : Identify and target new business opportunities in the market. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market share.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and work closely with the team to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a regional sales plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

Compliance : Ensure that all sales activities and transactions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of successful sales leadership experience.

- Strong understanding of the B2B Industry and the market.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

- Results-oriented and target-driven.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
