Regional Sales Manager - DSA Channel - BFS (6-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can drive sales through corporate DSA Channels and take ownership and deliver results.
- Responsible for onboarding of new DSA/Corporate DSA.
- Preparing sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc.
- Develop and maintain DSA relationships.
- Owning and hitting/exceeding Monthly sales targets.
- Would be responsible to manage a team size of 10-15 sales employees.
- Coordinate with credit team/Disburse team.
- Follow up with clients for on time submission of financials and related documents, getting proposals approved/Renewed, Documentation & Disbursal of facilities.
- Achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the defined period.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
- To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance of the team.
- Should have experience in NBFC DSA vertical Mandatory.
