Regional Sales Manager - Corporate Bank (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can drive sales through corporate DSA Channels and take ownership and deliver results.
- Responsible for onboarding of new DSA / Corporate DSA.
- Preparing sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc.
- Develop and maintain DSA relationships.
- Ensuring that the DRR's are met in line with the monthly targets as decided by the management.
- Responsible for maintaining a healthy DSA active Ratio.
- Ensuring Accountability within the team and responsible for the team Sales Targets every month.
- Responsible for DSA network expansion for the business growth.
- Maintaining a minimum 50% RFD Conversions of the total approvals.
- Accountable for growth in logins on a month on month basis from the Associate channel partners.
Owning and hitting/exceeding Monthly sales targets. Would be responsible to manage a team size of 10-15 sales employees. Coordinate with credit team/Disburse team.
- Follow up with clients for on time submission of financials and related documents, getting proposals approved/Renewed, Documentation & Disbursal of facilities.
- Achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the defined period. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
- To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance of the team.
- Should have experience in NBFC DSA vertical Mandatory.
