We have opening with Leading Chemical Company at Hyderabad as Regional Sales Manager .
About Company:
Our Client has posted strong performance of revenue growth of 36.5% YoY to Rs. 2381 Mn in Q1FY18 as compared to Rs. 1745 Mn in Q1 FY17. Going forward, the companys business strategy will be focused on high value added segment i.e., specialty chemical and CRAMS business segment and which is likely to transform the top line growth and ultimately contributing in healthy bottom line growth too.
Position Title: - Regional Sales Manager
Location: - Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities
1. Handling sales and achieving sales volume and value targets.
2. Responsibility for achieving budgeted contribution margins by timely adjusting pricing and product mix in the market place.
3. Responsible for receivables.
4. Responsible for handling customers.
5. Giving basic technical support to customers.
6. Continuously assess market dynamics, competition activities and approaching market in a definitive and proactive way.
7. Analyze and report business and marker related activities in timely manner to support decision making process.
8. Coordination with corporate supply chain, manufacturing plant, R&D as and when needed.
Qualifications
- BE/B Tech Chemical, preferably MBA.
- Experience in working in multi product environment for at least 6 to 7 years.
- Ability to handle large customers independently.Job profile involved Technical Sales & marketing of Specialty chemicals (Fluorine Molecules) to Various Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals and perfumery intermediates Industries.
- Willing to take larger responsibilities in the organization within next two three years.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Drive to perform.
- Experience in Specialty business for pharma, fine chemicals only. The person should have handled a business of minimum 30 - 40 crores at least. The person should not be from a catalogue sales business.
