Regional Sales Manager - Business Loan (6-10 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities: (Tentative)
- Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues.
- Develop new markets and network to enhance sales volumes/ revenues.
- Identify all small/medium and large channel partners/Business associates of all banks and products.
- Organize the mentoring and training sessions for the channel partners/business associates.
- Identify non-conventional channels for creating a revenue model both for the prospective channel partner and also for the organization.
- Achievement of business volumes month-on-month towards the Business Loan segment.
- Maintaining relationship with existing strategic and retail channel partners.
- Maintaining relationship with existing Financial Institutions as well as identify new Financial institutions for tie-ups related to Business Loan.
- Should have strong relationship building as need to interact with various DSA,DST/Channels for business.
- Should be able to influence the business associates and drive them towards usage of technology enabled solutions for them.
