Regional Sales Manager - Building Material (10-18 yrs)
Looking for candidate for Project Sales
To develop & implement the sales strategy, monitor entire sales activity against goals in order to achieve the annual sales targets, expansion of the product & customer base, and fulfill customer demand in order to maximize sales revenue. - Provide inputs in development & drive the sales strategy in alignment with the business strategy for the achievement of annual sales targets.
- Ensure execution of sales in line with the planned strategy for expansion & retention of the customer base, achieving desired market share and development of a strong brand proposition
- Formulate and monitor sales targets and forecasts, set quarterly/monthly targets for products and communicate the same to various team members
- Continuously identify avenues for acquiring new leads to add new customers and open new channels in the market
- Conduct regular sales review meetings for identification of issues affecting realization and discuss the sales trends and best practices
- Give timely feedback to product development and production teams after analyzing market surveillance data to help in product enhancements and innovation
- Ensure timely provision of demand forecast to production planning team for meeting customer requirements on time in full
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
- Work with the Marketing team to develop Marketing campaigns to support Sales strategy, Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products
- Identify requirements for new products and services to anticipate and potentially lead the market
- Apply company wide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales team from opportunity identification to customer sign off
- Formulate robust information management systems to acquire and capture analyze leads and maintain proper documentation to comply to all ISO formats
