Regional Sales Manager - Building Material (10-15 yrs)
Regional Manager South (Chennai)
- Direct the selling activities within the region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
- Lead the sales team, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development and performance review.
- Closely co-ordinate with all supporting functions in order to deliver upon the agreed business strategy.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Disseminate timely information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations.
- Provides quality leadership for Gyprocs's internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Values at all times establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
Education:BE + MBA (preferred)
Experience:10-15 years of total experience in the related field.
Minimum 9 years' experience in sales and marketing of Building Material Industry or related segments, same target customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience in Building Materials (Project sales or Retail sales)
Education-
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
