Regional Sales Manager - Bicycle & Bicycle Components - North (10-16 yrs)
This position is responsible for strengthening Sales of Bicycle and Bicycle components in a region consisting of several states in domestic market.
- Must have excellent communication, inter-personal and leadership skills.
- High Level of Business acumen and market understanding.
- Development of New & Existing Markets to increase market shares for Bicycles and Bicycle Components.
Accountable for :
- Sales and collection for assigned States in India.
- Increase sales penetration in existing and new districts of the State.
- Appoint Dealers and Distributor as per company's norms and targets
- Resolve day to day issues of Dealers and Distributors.
- Sales Projection and growth for the region on monthly basis.
- Assess market size, reach and penetration Data analysis of market share and shop share; plan schemes to capture target market shares
- Accountable for overall payments Realizations, Accounts Reconciliation of Distributors and Dealers, control over credit including credit proposals.
- Responsible for preparing strategy for the region to counter competition and prepare growth plan for the region. Conduct team reviews to track progress.
- Send Feedback and market reports to Quality and operations for actionable points.
