Regional Sales Manager - BFSI (9-12 yrs)
Job Description:
The Position: RSM
Locations - Mumbai
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be required to drive the business numbers from existing and new Merchants, Retailers, and SMEs for the unsecured / business loan product.
Role :
- Develop a network of direct and indirect sales teams for generating leads and business
- Establish a new relationship, nurture existing relationship, train & pitch the loan product to the best fit for the customer
- To prepare action plans individually for effective search of leads, prospects, referrals & DSAs
- Maintain accurate DSR, On the field and off field training for the Sales Teams
- Recruiting & managing a team of Sales Team
- Supervising the daily activities of executives and maintaining daily MIS of the same.
- Coordination with the Operations and credit teams in maximising the disbursals
- To track the existing portfolio and ensure the near-delinquent and delinquent customers
Reporting: Business Head
Education qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate
Preferred Industry experience - Bank / NBFC / Fintech handling Sales in unsecured/ Merchant banking/ direct sourcing from market / DSA/ similar industry experience
Desired experience - Minimum 9 years, having exposure to Business Loan & Working Capital Loan with a good know-how of technology adaption in businesses
Salary : Up to 20 LPA
