Regional Sales Manager - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Assume accountability for delivering new partners in the MSME domain, encompassing NBFCs/ DSAs, through strategic partnerships.
- Oversee all dimensions of partner relationships, spanning business development, facilitation, operational aspects, technical integrations, and solution crafting.
- Establish enduring relationships with partners across organizational levels and functions, involving direct engagement with founders and promoters.
- Supervise the partner pipeline in accordance with established frameworks, working to exponentially expand the channel within the designated region.
- Coordinate all interlocking aspects of relationships, including interactions with executives, product development, marketing, and delivery (operations).
- Engage in negotiating deal structures, commercial agreements, and terms.
- The role necessitates frequent travel within the assigned region.
- Provide regular updates on regional sales performance and market insights to the senior management team through effective communication.
- Collaborate with the credit and underwriting team to ensure seamless loan origination processes for customers.
Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in strategic partnerships, sales, or business development within the finance domain.
- Previous involvement in managing B2B relationships in NBFCs or banks is crucial.
- Proficiency in negotiation and managing indirect or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Aptitude for establishing a foothold within partner organizations.
- Basic comprehension of APIs and digital loan journeys.
- Previous experience in a Business Development role, specifically with Fintechs or NBFCs.
