Regional Sales Manager - Basmati Rice (8-18 yrs)
- Primary and secondary target achievement of the given cluster
-The candidate must have prior experience of working for Basmati Rice
- Monthly/Quarterly Sales planning and forecasting,
- Month wise business forecasting, bench-marking the previous months and quarters
- Data & aligning with the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Operating Plan
- Allocate manpower in prospective potential areas
- Channel expansion, Resource hiring and training
- Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving figures
- Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting training on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills
- Compiling and analyzing sales figure and presenting reviews to Sales Head- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
