Regional Sales Manager - Bank (10-20 yrs)
- Lead the sales team of an assigned region and assist them to achieve the defined targets
- Plan and implement region specific innovative strategies to achieve and exceed business targets
- Create a strong and compliant culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and team development
- Manage and support the effective deployment of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, new markets and allocate resources to most profitable opportunities
- Analyze the changing market trends, channel deployment etc.
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggest new and innovative promotion plan for the area of work
- Effectively engage with Operations & Product teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations
- Review team performance in a structured manner and outline a process to review feedback
- Drive high performance culture amongst the team and create an environment congenial to share best practices for the overall growth of the team
- Identify training opportunities and enable trainings to constantly upskill the team
- Responsible for the retention of the team, channels and the advisors
