Job Position: Regional Sales Manager
Job Location : Indore/Bhopal- MP
Reports to : AD Sales
About Client: $70 Billion internet and media conglomerate provides payment gateway solutions to online businesses, headquartered in Sohna Road, Gurgaon and has regional offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune. With over 800 employees across India, it has dedicated teams for sales, operations, customer support, dispute resolution and marketing.
Job Role:
- Ensure assigned territory growth and profitability by developing solid business relationships with new and existing clients
- Plan and execute strategies and sales tactics
- RSM has to also identify leads that fit within ideal client profiles to market the companys products and services that will meet potential clients needs
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Continually Build and Grow a robust sales pipeline
- Work with bankers/ partners to extend reach & drive adoption
- Lead contract negotiations
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Ensure customer happiness and success
- Moderate travel (50%)
Required Skills :
- 4+ years of quota exceeding Sales experience selling Enterprise solutions
- Preferred experience of selling payment solution
