Regional Sales Manager - Automotive & Electric Vehicle (5-12 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in the Automotive and Electric Vehicles (2W) sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations across key regions, including UP West, Pune, Bangalore, and Bhopal.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each region, driving growth in both Automotive and EV sectors.

- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor regional sales teams, setting clear objectives and ensuring high performance.

- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activity in each region.

- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers in the Automotive and EV sectors.

- Sales Forecasting : Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

- Performance Monitoring : Track sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective measures to meet sales targets.

- Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5 - 12 years of relevant experience in sales, with a strong background in the Automotive or Electric Vehicles (2W) industry.

- Skills : Proven ability in regional sales management, team leadership, market analysis, and customer relationship management.

- Education : A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Availability : Candidates who can join within 15 days or are immediate joiners will be given preference.
