Regional Sales Manager - Automotive (6-9 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for 2W, 3W, and 4W vehicles.
Dealer Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring they meet sales and service standards.
Channel Sales : Oversee channel sales operations, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding the dealer network.
Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
Performance Monitoring : Track and evaluate dealer performance, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
Sales Forecasting : Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the region, monitoring performance against targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
Training and Support : Provide training and support to dealers and sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities for management review.
Customer Relations : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing dealer and customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.
