Regional Sales Manager - Auto/Vehicle (3-6 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Home Test Ride & Field Sales - Develop and implement robust plans to increase the test ride resulting in higher conversion and customer satisfaction. Responsible for building an exhaustive and agile test ride operations network.
- Experience Centers - Lead the operations of Experience Centers across the region and implement effective customer engagement and conversion plans at Experience Centers.
- Sales funnel management, KPIs setting for different channel sales teams, monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Implement after-sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize customer complaints
- Liaise with the Marketing and Communications team for various promotional events and launches.
- Liaise with the Fulfillment team for timely delivery of scooters to the customer's place.
- Continuously striving for customer satisfaction and engagement with world class customer handling and customer service
- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of the prevalent market trends to achieve the set sales targets and augment revenue.
- Guide and coach the team to enhance the performance outcome.
- Collect, analyze and prepare data for daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
- Stay informed about competitors and trends to identify product/process improvement requirements
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
