Every large Manufacturing company like Ford, Suzuki, Honda, Toyota etc have thousands of trolleys in-house for Intra plant logistics movement - in-fact the entire production of car & 2 wheeler industry is dependent upon material movement trolleys. Muvtons has over 5,000 product solutions that are specific for Automobile, Textile, Engineering, E Commerce & other industries. Muvtons products are sold under the Muvtons Brand name in 40 countries through channel partners - we sell to entire Europe including UK, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden and USA, Canada etc.
Have two plants in Noida -our new one is a 125,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art plant employing around 200 employees. Were a 100% Export Company till 15 years back - since the manufacturing industry was going through a boom within India we forayed into the domestic market. Within the country the Company has a B2B selling policy - have a client base of over 3,000 customers in the country that include top blue chip companies like HMSI, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Honda Cars, Toyota, Daimler Benz, Hero Motocorp etc and their Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers

Job Responsibilities :
1) Business Development
- Ability to generate allocated sales revenue for the company.
- Ability to deliver sales growth - year on year- in your region as per the company's master plan on growth.
- Visiting potential customers for new business - Expect 5 visits per day and 60% of the time to be allocated on new customer acquisition.
- Identification of business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- To have ability to close the new clients within a period of approx. 60 days from the date of first meeting. It includes initial presentation, sample submission & approval and then commercial closure.
2) Payment Collection
- Ability to realize payments from customers in Stipulated time frames.
- Maintain Relations with Clients
- Developing relationships via telephone calls, personal meetings, Emails and Webinars.
- Price Negotiation and closing
- Ability to skillfully negotiate prices with customers maintaining Sales.
- Profitability for the company.
3) Preparation of Reports
- Ability to do correct and truthful daily reporting of activities on Sales Force platform. Sales Force will be the only -platform to record and communicate daily field activities with head office. All the activities starting from creation of lead to closing of opportunity need to be done on SF platform.
4) Accountabilities
- Marketing & Promotional
- Plan and carry out sales campaigns to develop new sales Activities
- Opportunity leads by using tele sales and personal visits.
5) Application Engineering
- Ability to do application engineering for each category of Customer. Conducting and recording the application studies at the clients end to attain the business objective of new customer acquisition.
- Problem Solving and Ability to provide an integrated solution to prospective clients
