Regional Sales Manager - Auto Parts (18-25 yrs)
Position reports to General Manager
Responsible for development and performance of all sales activities in assigned region as well as the achievement of targets
- Distribute targets among divisions
- Organize and direct assigned sales teams
- Support and oversee recruiting, selecting and appointing process in divisions
- Keep track of operating results across divisions
- Implement plans and strategies to expand customer base and achieve particular targets
- Coordinate strategies, plans, staff and activities to ensure maximum profitability and growths of your sales team in line with the Wuerth vision and values
- Provide continuous feedback and performance evaluation to ensure quality of sales team
- Ensure information flow and transparency among assigned regions
- Responsible for budgeting across assigned divisions
