Regional Sales Manager - Apparel & Sporting Goods (10-18 yrs)
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Develop and execute plans for sales growth and market share increase.
- Drive sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing regional team.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the South region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers.
- Ensure compliance with policies and prepare regular performance reports.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 10 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, MBA is a plus.
- Should know spoken regional language.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skill.
- Includes travelling within the region.
