Regional Sales Manager - Apparel Brand (5-7 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Gurgaon for a leading apparel brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing COCO (Company-Owned, Company-Operated) stores and a proven track record of driving sales growth. You will be responsible for overseeing regional sales activities, optimizing store performance, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Management : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and drive revenue growth across COCO stores.

- Store Operations : Oversee the performance of COCO stores within the region, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.

- Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and manage the store management teams, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and productivity.

- Sales Forecasting : Prepare and analyze sales forecasts and reports, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.

- Customer Experience : Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by implementing effective customer service practices and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

- Merchandising : Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that stores are well-stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.

- Training and Development : Conduct training sessions for store staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.

- Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Budget Management : Manage regional sales budgets, controlling expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.

Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a strong background in managing COCO stores in the apparel industry.

- Skills : Proven ability to drive sales, manage store operations, and lead a team effectively.

- Education : Graduation or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers.
