Job Description: The role involves managing business targets for assigned stores, focusing on KPIs to drive sales and profitability. Responsibilities include analyzing daily business performance, competitor tracking, and stock allocation based on sales data. Coordination with ASM and Sales Executives is key, along with expanding the business through new franchise openings.


- The role also includes payment follow-up, regular franchisee meetings, overseeing visual merchandising, store upkeep, and ensuring hygiene standards.


- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required for reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing business target for the given stores along with focus on all the kpi's given.

- Increase fresh sale through of the region along with better realization

- Day to day business analysis and competitor tracking

- Stock allocation as per sale throughs, right staff placements, coordinate with the ASM and

- Sales executive and discuss day to day business activities and requirement of the region.

- Increase business by opening new franchisee stores and viable stores

- Payment followup. Manage proper payment timelines,

- Regular meetings with franchisee

- VM and upkeep of the stores maintaining proper hygiene

Key Qualifications:

-Graduate, MBA, PGDBM in sales and marketing

Preferred Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of word/excel/power point
