Regional Sales Manager - Account Management - Automobile (5-10 yrs)
Job Profile for: Regional Sales Manager / Account Management
Work location: Delhi, Bangalore, Pune
Job Description :
Experience: 5 to 10 yrs., with least 2 years of experience in the automotive field (Automotive electronics development/testing/sales)
- This is role requires you to be responsible for enabling and sustaining business from the multiple accounts from the region. The customers will be international customers (Automotive Tier1 MNCs, OEMs) and domestic companies (OEMs, SW Services)
Typical Tasks Include:
- Develop a market for Vector Products - Sales, marketing events, tech-days at customer
- Customer acquisition by telephone and in-person visits
- Technical overview of Vector products & introduction
- Technical and business customer support with a focus on sales
- Understanding Customer needs and quality & develop sales cases, perform Pre-Sales
- Generation of quotes, follow-up of quotes and Order processing
- Invoice tracking, payment follow-up
- Handle post sales issues and involve Vector Application Engineers where needed
- Extension of maintenance contracts
- Manage Account information, customer class assignment, customer complaints, discounts, Frame contracts
- Internal reporting, business forecasting
Desired Candidate Profile :
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science. MCA with relevant experience will also be considered. Minimum 65%
- Very good technical understanding, particularly in the software and hardware area
- Strong communication skills, presentation skills.
- Ability to grasp technical system overview
- Executive Presence, Strong business skills, Ability to communicate complex matters
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Structured, analytical approach to work
- Self-driven work style & creativity
- Willingness to travel
