Regional Sales Manager (8-17 yrs)
We are looking for a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Raipur, Bihar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automobile industry and a proven track record of success in sales management.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 8-17 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
