Summary of Job Contents
Development and performance of all Didactic sales activities in the assigned market. Drive and grow the business and revenue through customer acquisition. This is a hands-on sales role, responsible for generating sales for the Didactic equipment and training business. Directs the sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Will be the front of the company in the assigned market and will have dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements
Study Discipline - Engineering Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Postgraduate Studies - Engineering Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Skills:
Language Skills: English - Excellent; Local Language - Good
Computer Skills: MS Office. CRM and business tools are an advantage
Experience:
External to company: Technical education equipment and technology courses related
In Company: Product knowledge/Seminar knowledge. Dealing with customers and vendors
Special experience in a particular industry segment: 3 to 5 years of working experience in the education industry
Special experience in a particular function: Total Sales related experience of 10 to 15 years. Additional experience in fluid power and automation - control will be helpful
Management experience: Yes. Sales management
