Regional Sales Manager (12-20 yrs)
Position: Regional Sales Head
Location : North & East (Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR), South(Candidate should be based in Bangalore)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage a set of branches to deliver targeted business growth and manage retention of top 20% clients that contribute 80% business.
- Hire, train, develop and retain talent.
- Personally drive large business acquisitions.
- Gather competitive intelligence and contribute to strategy development.
Age - 35-40 years
Industry : Prepaid Cards, Expense Management, Employee Benefits, Gift and Loyalty Platforms, Outsourced Manpower or any other Solution Selling,
Exp : 12 years of of Corporate Sales and atleast 5 years managing atleast 3 branches
Skill Sets :
- Team Management, Performance Management, Sales Strategy Execution.
- Ability to assess and hire talent and develop them.
- Understands geography and has market intelligence.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and drive people to deliver results. Should be a though leader
