Regional Sales Leader - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
As a Regional Sales Leader, you will oversee and manage sales operations in your assigned region. Your main responsibility will be leading the sales team to achieve business objectives while maintaining strong relationships with agents and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and guide agents in achieving sales targets.
- Monitor regional sales performance and provide feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and agents.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
- A valid bike and driving license.
