Regional Sales Lead - Kitchen Appliances (3-8 yrs)

We are looking for Regional Sales Lead for a B2B kitchen appliances start-up focused on revolutionizing the culinary experience for professionals in the hospitality sector.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the designated region through B2B sales in HoReCa and other industries. This position requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the kitchen appliances market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Locations: Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Participate in trade shows and events to promote kitchen appliance products.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on key findings to senior management.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' needs and concerns.

- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development.

- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the region.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales strategies.

- Develop competitive pricing strategies to maximize market penetration.

- Report on market dynamics and emerging trends affecting the kitchen appliances sector.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in kitchen appliances or related industries.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences in the appliance sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.

- Proficiency in CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges.

- Passion for kitchen appliances and innovative technology.

- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
