Regional Sales Lead - IT Firm (6-8 yrs)
- 6- 8 years proven experience in business application software sales and/or services to decision makers and building relationships.
- Previously performed roles as Account Manager/Sales Specialist or any sales related.
- Develop & executes the go-to-market plan to reach the business results and desired leadership position in target verticals.
- Have expertise in Sales & territory management, prospecting, forecasting, closing.
- Exceptional relationship management and ability to influence at all levels.
- Attention to detail & Strong negotiation skills.
- Hands on Microsoft office excel, word and power point.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales revenue by creating and maintaining a pipeline for software/services selling to meet the prescribed gross profit targets.
- Managing a good relationship with existing customers, vendors and other partners. Involve into negotiations of complex contracts.
- Work closely and support with sales contributors, and assist service line management in supporting pre-sales, technical consulting, professional services teams to manage the deals at Commercial & Enterprise level.
