Regional Sales Lead - Consumer Appliances (10-15 yrs)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prospect and identify potential B2B customers within the target market segment for consumer appliances.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and expand distribution network.

- Lead the onboarding process for new distributors, providing training, support, and necessary resources to enable their success.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective product positioning and customer satisfaction.

- Identify and evaluate potential distributor partners, assessing their capabilities and alignment with our business goals.

- Work closely with distributors to develop joint business plans, establish sales targets, and track performance against objectives.

- Provide ongoing support to distributors, including regular communication, sales coaching, and resolving any issues or concerns.

- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- 7-15 years of experience required in sales.

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the consumer appliance industry.

- Strong knowledge of consumer appliances, their features, and market trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, distributors, and effectively present product information.

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals.

- Experience in distributor management and onboarding is highly desirable.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
