Regional Sales Head - Travel Benefits & Services Firm (6-10 yrs)
The Regional Sales Head (RSH) will identify and develop opportunities to strengthen and expand Organisation's Corporate customer base, driving revenue by identifying prospects, and long-term partnership. The RSH will present Organisation's knowledge, and offerings and the value those offerings represent to Corporate customers.
Entrepreneurial and independent sales professionals to champion Corporate Sales for a Travel Benefits and Services Company.
About the role:
- Have bottom line responsibility of revenue targets and sales in the specified region;
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives;
- Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programs to increase corporate client base and maximise per capita consumption of products;
- Manage MIS for collaborative effective decision making;
Key Abilities:
- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel and accustomed to working in a highly competitive environment and exposed to institutional business; preferably from employee benefits, cards, Loyalty sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build right working relationships with subordinates, colleagues, and management.
Candidate Experience:
- Have experience in launching new products or starting a new business line.
- Have creative lateral thinking abilities for creating new markets.
