Regional Sales Head - PVC (7-12 yrs)

Sales and New Market Development
- Main focus - Polymer and PVC sales
- Identify new market segments along with the top management and tapping profitable business opportunities.
- Taking hold of complete marketing of Polymer and PVC.
- Developing a sustainable marketing strategy to effectively and consistently place product .
- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve product wise targets.
- Monthly business review with HOD
- Team Management
- Implement an integrated, comprehensive "Bottom up annual business plan" for entire Team and polymer chain in North
- Reviewing and directing Team Member to achieve Stipulated Targets
- Conducting periodic reviews with Team Member.
- Supplier and Key Customer Manager
- Price negotiations with principals & Key Customers.
- Identify and Develop new Suppliers
- Channel Management
- Enable business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners across assigned territories.
- Commission Dealer Networks as per company standards and monitor day to day operations.
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Oversee functions of various operations in the supply chain management (Sales / Pre Shipment / Documentation) for Pan India product distribution.
- Develop strategy on existing logistic patterns for Polymer Imports thereby improving efficiency.
- Co-ordinate with Logistic team to ensure shipments are in line with customer requirements
- Financial Accountability
- Accountable for getting timely Financial Instruments and remittances from the customers thereby ensuring completion of sale within time limits.
- Credit Management: To Maintain overdue/outstanding within acceptable parameters.
