1. Position for techno-commercial sales
2. To achieve Y-O-Y sales targets.
3.Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales target, managed by a team of S.E.s
4.To continuously impart training to S.E.s, mentoring, on-the-job coaching & guiding the team to achieve their targets.
5. Techno Commercial Acumen Effectively evaluate market needs (technically & commercially) & should be able to align with Organisational pricing & discounting policy & drive consistent Y-O-Y revenue growth.
