Job Description:

To recruit, develop his team under his region as per the organization structure

To ensure sales are achieved by the salesmen as per commitments

To Plan the routes and schedules of the salesmen as per the Goals

To approve sales orders, collection vouchers, expenditure

To monitor the performance of sales staff, attendance, discipline

To ensure Brand Image is maintained by the sales team amongst the customers

To ensure business targets are achieved as per business plan

To ensure collections are made as per the credit time lines

To ensure no bad debts are reflected in the books of account through robust collection

To ensure customers are satisfied with the service delivery

To ensure systems and procedures are complied with as per the standards

To submit MIS Reports to the senior management as per the standards and guidelines

To ensure data confidentiality is maintained across the sales force and channel

To coach the coach, develop & provide resources to ensure delivery of salesmen duties.
