Regional Sales Head - FMCG (6-10 yrs)
Job Description
1) Takes overall responsibility for implementation of the sales strategy through the establishment of mid to long term performance goals and ensure their constant review.
2) Ensures and monitors mechanisms for distribution extensions & secondary sales. Ensures assistance for implementing marketing strategies across the region along with the Trade Marketing Team and promotional programs
3) Plans for and deploys optimum Manpower to maximize productivity of the Sales and Distribution
4) Ensures timely collections of all required forms & documentation and preparation of all MIS Reports etc.; Review and analyze variances and take required action.
5) Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Company's products
6) Manage the distribution network and C&F agents with periodic monitoring of sales and collections
7) Identify and network with distributors for deeper market penetration and reach
8) Handling sales of hubs- under territories
Required work experience : FMCG / Foods / Beverage
Must be good with Microsoft excel, words & presentation.
Good English writing skills
