Regional Sales Head - Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration App (11-15 yrs)

What is the Job like?
We are looking for Zonal Sales Head with 11-15 years of sales experience, for our Company, who will report into our Chief Sales Officer, and be responsible for the end to end sales process of his zone/city.
This role will focus on executing on our ambitious sales plans across the country. We will be targeting businesses of all size for adoption of XYZ.com; though there would be an increased focus on large-sized (- 10k employees) and mid-sized (500+ employees) enterprises.
You will be responsible for end to end sales related processes for XYZ.com within the region. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Leading the Sales targets for your respective zone, and leading the team of sales managers & Sr sales managers towards attaining that goal
- Rolling out new sales initiatives, targeted pitches and modified sales approach depending on the nature of business you are approaching
- Gathering business requirements, managing operational requirements and monitoring of metrics like client addition rate, conversion time, turnaround time etc.
- Report weekly & monthly metrics to Chief Sales Officer.
- Implement the required sales training processes for your sales managers, preparing them for their responsibilities in the most effective and efficient way possible
- Prepare sales pitches and provide inputs to upgrade the existing sales collateral
- Deliver pitches to CXOs and other key executives in the key accounts in your zone yourself
- Strategizing the complete sales process from opportunity creation to closure, and retention of accounts already in the portfolio
- Lead the creation of new relationships or strengthening of existing ones in key accounts
- Being abreast about the latest developments in the enterprise messaging space, and implement strategic / tactical plan if need arises
- Track and report Key Performance Indicator data for your team
Who Should Apply for this Role-
- You have a relevant graduate degree. MBA from a premier b-school would be added advantage
- You have 11-15 years of experience in sales of tech products/services to enterprises primarily selling to IT heads, CIO's & CTO's
- You have led a team of sales managers in your immediate/earlier position for atleast 2-3 years.
- You have immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effectively targeted pitches
- You possess the ability to work with aggressive targets, and think of out-of-the-box solutions when in a deadlock
- You are very hands on and believe in getting things done effectively
- You are aggressive and target oriented
- You have the ability to assess market trends, shape sales strategies and generate ideas for product development
- You possess excellent analytical capabilities - can understand clients' needs and possess strong strategic mindset
- You display great leadership, and can motivate and inspire the team to meet their targets
- You possess excellent communication skills, can elucidate goals and reach agreements maintaining the interests of all departments
- You take great pride in being an excellent networker; and have the capability to build and maintain strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients alike
