Regional Sales Head - Construction Services (7-15 yrs)

Working with one of the leading construction services platform, you will be owning the P&L for the City and will drive topline in existing business and new lines of business

Responsibilities :


- You would report to the National Sales Head and will be responsible for :

- Responsible for leading the sales and ensuring the necessary expansion across India through a well planned and executed sales strategy. 


- Super process oriented person ensuring constant improvement of the sales conversion KPIs by improvement of processes, training and reporting mechanisms 


- Establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives in line with Business Plan and achieve turnover targets, profit targets and market share targets. 


- Overall P&L of the City.


 - Driving business through the Sales Team


 - Coordination & facilitation of various processes for a smoother flow of business


 - Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities and scaling up the business 


- Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience 


- Coming up with a competitive pricing model and sales strategy 


- Managing a sizeable team which will assist you in the aforementioned tasks

The Ideal candidate should be

- A seasoned sales veteran with experience in P&L management with a successful track record in sales/channel management in B2C and D2C segments.


 - 7+ years of experience in high paced, high sales background 


- Should have good communication, and should be a quick learner with people management skills.


 - Should be a result oriented, self 


- starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, focused on team cohesion. 


- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.


 - Local Language Proficiency is preferred.


 - Strong leadership and team-building skills.
