Regional Sales Head - AlcoBev - North/West (10-14 yrs)
The client is one of the world's largest players in alcoholic beverages, and has a portfolio comprising the world's best known brands in this space. They have a very strong presence across all global markets and in India, and a team that is fast-paced, dynamic and high performing. To look after their businesses in India, they are looking for Regional Heads for the North and West.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the role would require:
- Managing a team of high performing ASMs and ZSMs, as well as trade marketing managers
- Charting a strategy to grow the business manifold in line with the business vision
- Looking after sales and profitability numbers for the entire region
- Creating a network of distributors and retailers in the region
- Understanding the competitive landscape and identifying areas of new business growth
You should apply to this role if you:
- Are CURRENTLY heading the P&L / sales for a region for a reputed FMCG organization
- Are an MBA from a Tier 1 institution, from 2005-08 batches
- Have worked extensively in the North / West (depending on the role applied for)
- Manage a team of performance-oriented sales managers
