Regional Sales Head (8-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve merchant acquisition targets.
- Drive sales efficiency, ensuring effective merchant onboarding, training, and retention.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure quality customer acquisition and regulatory compliance.
- Boost retail outlet usage through training, merchandising, and BTL activities.
- Recruit, train, and manage ASM, TSM, and FOS teams.
- Drive sales incentives, channel profitability, and reduce channel churn.
- Identify and establish distribution partnerships in target geographies.
- Manage P&L, monitor team performance, and support career growth.
- Exceed business KPIs within the assigned geography.
