- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management within the region, ensuring it aligns with demand and minimizes excess stock, contributing to cost efficiency.

- Customer/External Orientation - Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, addressing customer needs and concerns, and ensuring a high level of service quality.
