Regional Sales Executive - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Promotion:
- Actively engage with travelers to promote and sell Voyx eSIMs, data plans, and travel insurance.
- Effectively communicate product benefits to customers and address their queries.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
2. Customer Experience:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive interaction with every traveler.
- Assist customers with the activation of eSIMs and setup of their data plans.
3. Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other team members and supervisors to maintain a high-performing and supportive work environment.
4. Incentive-driven Growth:
- Drive personal sales performance to earn attractive incentives on top of the base salary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; however, relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles will also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in pitching products to diverse customer groups.
- Basic technical skills to assist customers with eSIM activation and product
- Fluency in English and the local language (Kannada for Bangalore, Tamil for Chennai) is preferred.
