Job Description :
1) New Client Acquisition.
2) Leverage your network of clients to create leads.
3) Convert a pitch to the leads.
4) Present the product and the framework to clients.
5) Follow-up and negotiate till closure.
6) Sign contracts.
7) Raise invoice and collect cash.
Skills required :
1) Enjoys client head-hunting.
2) Keen on meeting new people (Extrovert).
3) English Proficiency (Spoken and Written).
4) Experience in managing end-to-end sales.
5) Experience of selling to CHRO or CEO.
6) Ability to build relationships.
7) Expertise to sell the concept as well as technology to companies.
8) Potential to understand the business of client company as well as business and people challenges.
9) Capacity to understand the motivators of the clients you are pitching to.
