Regional Relationship Manager - BFSI (10-12 yrs)
Acquisition & key account management in the role of RRM
- Acquisition of additional business verticals from existing accounts
- Acquisition of affinity accounts
- Acquisition of accounts building rural portfolio
- Key account management of all accounts within his geography.
- Driving business from allotted relationships in his geography through BSMs
- Ensuing business from non PSU Bank relationships in his geography as individual contributor
- Mapping key personnel in the specified branches
- Identify valid hooks for each key individual of the branch and act on it
- Share the criticality of covering risk and how others have benefited from it.
- Share information about the current business scenario and events around
- Look for opportunities in the affinity groups in his geography and acquire them

- Life over other products in the market - Share about service standards of the company including claim settlement(s)
- Goal setting and activity management of the team to achieve desired results
- Development of each team member based on his specific needs
- Inspire each member of the team to maximize inputs
- Take feedback on a regular basis
- Close grievances within TAT
- Ensuring payment of claims in time
- Ensure that targeted numbers are met on a month to month basis
- Continually de-risk business by expanding the breath of business
