Regional Productivity Manager - BFS (0-6 yrs)
- Ensure that all assigned regions achieve the B2B Sales (Acquisition of AP/SB/Franchisee)
- To ensure that all regions achieve pre-commissioning KYC targets
- Lead conversion ratio is being achieved by the region
- Strategise new initiatives and ensure its execution at regional level
- Co-ordinate with national exchanges and teams at regions for BTL activities, events and seminars at regions
- Ensure overall productivity of the BDMs at the regions
- Analyse and continuously monitor performance of team. Create strategy to achieve team targets.
- Constantly engage with teams to generate sales.
- Budget the requisition for manpower planning, to ensure the training needs of the branches are met.
- Arrange training for the teams and asses them on regular intervals
- Develop reward and recognition programs to achieve the desired business plan numbers
- Ensure call quality standards are met and the achieve the desired quality scores based on intensive and structured training interventions and assessments
- Design structured onboarding processes and handholding for new employees to achieve productivity targets and to keep attrition and PEP within the stipulated levels
- Undertake process improvement initiatives / projects to improve the efficiency and productivity in the areas of first call TAT, Lead conversion, customer referrals, STP conversions, KYC documentation, etc.
Qualification Criteria : MBA from premier B Schools (Top 20)
