Regional Productivity Manager (Franchisee)
- Responsible for Regional B2B Sales Drive (AP/SB/Franchisee), Process Regulation, Training, Coordination with exchanges, Online Lead Conversion.
- To ensure that all regions achieve B2B Sales targets (Acquisition of AP/SB/Franchisee)
- To ensure that all regions achieve pre commissioning KYC targets
- Desired % conversion of online leads assigned to regions
- To strategies new initiatives and make sure of the implementation at regional level
- To co-ordinate with national exchanges and teams at regions for BTL activities, events and seminars at regions
- To ensure overall productivity of the BDMs at the regions.
- To analyze and continuously monitor performance of team and Create strategy to achieve team targets.
- To constantly engage with teams to generate sales.
- To budget the requisition for manpower planning, to ensure the training needs of the branches are met.
- Arrange training for the teams and asses them on regular intervals.
