Regional Product Manager - Retail Distribution - BFSI (7-12 yrs)
Mutual Funds, Bonds / NCDs, Corp. Fixed Deposits and Insurance form an integral part of Distribution products in addition to Retirement and Wealth solutions.
Candidates keen to join as Regional Product Managers would be expected to:
A. Manage a team of Relationship Managers by driving business agendas and support activities required to facilitate business.
B. Lead from the front by going on joint calls and imparting on the job exposure / training to RMs in handling important clients and concluding deals
C. Meeting with partners / principals to monitor business and devise local initiatives
D. Co-ordinate and engage with Business and Support teams at Corporate office for timely resolution inputs
E. Strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements would be expected
F. Conducting regular trainings of team members to ensure product mindshare
Candidate Profile :
Those with a proven track record in distribution product as a Branch Manager / Head, Cluster Managers, Regional Product Managers having a work experience of 7-12 years with reputed organizations in the broking and banking space would fit the requirement. High on energy, passion and the will to create new business is a must.
NISM Series VA (for Mutual Funds) and IRDAI certification (for Insurance) is a must.
