Drive Current Account objectives effectively through the channel and provide support in achieving the same.
Job Responsibilities Actionable
1. Financial Parameters :
Achievement of :
A) Income Objective
B) CASA Value Achievement
C) Key Objectives:
- To guide in formulating effective strategy to achieve Income Objective through provision of insights at branch/cluster/zone and overall regional level, for better understanding of stakeholders about goals and way to achieve the same.
- Updates sent on weekly/monthly basis at Region/zone levels.
2. Non-Financial Parameters
% Resources :
A) Meeting Income Plans
B) Meeting Visit Benchmark Interact with BMs/CHs/ZHs for feedback on progress on Income Objective and number of resources meeting/not meeting Income plans.
- Similarly, tracking Customer Engagement Process in order to track number of resources meeting/not meeting Visit Benchmarks.
- Updates on Exceptions sent on weekly/monthly basis at branch/cluster and zone levels.
3. Channel Engagement :
Interaction with BBHs/ZHs/Circle Heads for feedback on improvement on :
A. Income
B. Portfolio Hygiene
C. Customer Engagement :
- Identification of focus resources (portfolios not meeting benchmark continually) and guiding them through focused monitoring of performance and action plan through Weekly/Monthly interactions and updates.
- Conducting Performance Reviews in BBH Regions/Zones/clusters and branches with the teams to identify present concerns and concertize action plans.
- Reviews to be held on monthly/quarterly basis through personal visits/VC/audio bridge.
4. Central and Regional Initiatives Monitoring & driving Key Management Objectives / initiatives through release of weekly/monthly updates, discussing with under performing resources/branches/clusters and zones on progress in specific central and regional initiatives e.g. Portfolio Quality, YTD Not Met Groups, Profiler Adequacy, etc. and also decide on action plans and share best practices of other units as well.
Coordinate with various units such as Marketing, Analytics, IT, CPU etc. to drive various initiatives.

- AMFI/IRDA/NCFM Certification(Optional)

- Banking Product & Process Knowledge
- Planning and Organizing Skills
- Communication
- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
Experience Required :
- Exposure to Banking Products (Mandatory / Preferred )
