Job Description :

- Sales Building : Drive sales growth for ecommerce and QSR restaurants through strategic initiatives.

- Food Cost Management : Ensure food cost variance, wastage, and outlet specific costs are monitored and controlled.

- Inventory Management : Implement FIFO and optimize supply planning at the outlet level.

- Customer Service : Maintain product and store ratings at 4.2+ while preventing critical customer escalations.

- People Management : Build strong employee connections and effectively manage staff attrition.

- Cost Optimization : Monitor labour and operational costs, making informed decisions to optimize store management.

- Profit & Loss : Regularly track and update store-level profit and loss statements.

- Hiring : Coordinate with the TA team to address resource needs during crises.

- Training : Schedule and conduct refresher programs in coordination with the training team.

- Supply Planning : Collaborate with the Central Kitchen team on product planning, distribution, and regional raw material procurement.

- Central Team Coordination : Participate in weekly/monthly reviews with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
