Job Description:

Designation : Regional Marketing Manager

Location : Based at Chennai, Bangalore or Hyderabad

Experience : 5-10 Yrs in the field of Printing & Flexible Packaging in Southern India.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new prospects and convert/convince them to use holograms and holographic products in south area.

- Promote the sale of holographic solutions available with the company to prospective customers.

- Provide customer pre and post sale service and function as a consultant to the client.

- Gather market information regarding competitor activity and give feedback to management to enable them to formulate and modify the marketing strategy.

- Giving the various reports such as daily visit report, monthly status report with order closed, etc. on a timely basis.

- Do necessary follow-ups with clients for receiving timely payments as per agreed terms and for various forms required as per law.

- Conducting market surveys to identify market potential in a specific industry in south.

- Should be willing to travel extensively.

Requirements:

- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated, intelligent, dynamic person who can quickly learn

- Good ability to understand & explain technical specifications of product & clients requirement.

- Good analytical skill.

- Ability to collect Market information & analyze emerging trends.

- Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.

- Ability to work independently

- Should be able to handle work pressure.

- Aggressively achieving the sales target, result oriented and self starter.
